Who We Are
FHT Group Co Ltd designs, manufactures and distributes high quality reusable sanitary pads. The company sells its products in Tanzania. It operates from Mwanza, Tanzania. Our pads are not only comfortable and reusable; they are relatively affordable.Clinically tested, drying our pads after washing with soap in sunlight leaves them free of gems and perfectly safe for use again. Our pads can be washed 10 to 12 times minimum before they are disposed.This saves money for our customers cutting their spending on sanitary pads by 75%.

What We DO
Access to quality and healthy menstrual products remains low among prime age women in Tanzania. Lack of access is even acuter for teenage girls schooling, especially those whose families have low income to afford sanitary pads every month. We design, tailor, pack, and distribute multi- layer, eco - friendly reusable sanitary pads.Our pads are not only comfortable and reusable; they are relatively affordable.

Jobs Creation
FHT provides has created temporary and permanent jobs. To date, we have employed 5 young people, 100% of whom are women. As we grow, we will continue to generate jobs for youth in Tanzania, with a huge potential for hundreds of indirect jobs through our distributors.
Social Business
We’re trying to end period poverty in a sustainable way. We are funded by our donors and our customers buying our pads. Our profits are then used to help others in schools and rural areas have a better period.
Eco-Friendly
Reduce single-use plastic by switching to reusable sanitary pads. The average woman uses over 25,000 menstrual products during her lifetime. That’s a lot of plastic!

Our eco-friendly, reusable, biodegradable, chemical-free pads will provide necessary protection without jeopardizing the health or safety of girls, harming the environment, or adding to exorbitant, waste issues that plague the community.
